Thank you + the question doed make sende! I'm still ill so won't make an image tutorial on this until later but 1. Add effects (strokes/glows/shadows) as normal to whatever render or PNG you're using the mask on 2. Put the mask/splatter image over the bottom half of the render. The splatter image has to be transparent, I use the 'Clear White' feature on ibisPaint for this 3. Stay on the mask's layer and do 'Select Opacity' or equivalent in your editing program 4. Go to the render layer and either erase the part of the render inside of the selection manually or use 'Clear Layer'

Thank you Anon! I'm sort of sick at the moment so I couldn't get to this earlier... For the scrolling text I use keyframes to change the X-position at the start and end of an animation. Ik somebody alrdy asked about textures in ur atabook currently but if it's not too time consuming; would uu be willing to explain the "I layer overlays between gradient maps" bit when coming 2 making specific textures, etc, because I fear that's the only part I just cannot fully understand

The most I can give you is what I do to find my resources for dividers and borders since it is really just a matter of putting said resources together For most of these I searched up 'bow / ribbon png' or 'long ribbon png' (in the case of my trading notes graphics) on Pinterest to form the main part of the divider. I often use lace dividers I find on Pinterest or on da-lace.com (line category) as well (term to search that up is self-explanatory) in both dividers and borders (borders is slightly more complicated since you have to arrange 4 dividers into a square) As for the rest of the PNGs it's just PNGs of the same theme as what you want the rest of your graphic to be
